Impossible de jouer à dofus

Bonjour,

J'ai télécharger plusieurs fois dofus via le launcher et le jeu ne marche pas.

Le jeu se lance dans la barre de tâche. Je vois dans l'aperçu de la fenêtre un écran blanc avec l'oeuf au milieu, mais impossible d'affiché le jeux a l'écran. Par contre j'ai bien la petite musique du jeu..

Bonjour,

Peux tu nous envoyer quelques logs juste après que le problème se produise s'il te plait ?
Menu > Paramètres du launcher > Logs > Afficher le répertoire de logs > application.log (les 100 dernière lignes suffisent)

as-tu un double écran dont l'un est éteint et ton câble est toujours relié à ton pc ? Parfois ça me le fait aussi sur certains jeux, je déconnecte le câble et c'est bon.

Tes logs semblent normaux, je n 'ai pour l'instant pas de pistes pour t'aider.
