[RESOLU] Crash du launcher avant l'installation d'un jeu "Cannot Get Release information"

- Je lance Ankama Launcher
- Je me connecte
- Je lance l'installation d'un jeu ( peu importe lequel )
- Il me dit "release.error.cannotGetInstallInformation"
- Je met un chemin d'installation
- Je clique sur installer
- Ankama launcher crash ou se ferme
Voilou, j'ai essayé de fouiller littéralement partout dans le forum, j'ai essayé quelques solutions qui se rapprochait plus ou moins de mon problèmes mais que néni, rien ne fonctionne..
Merci de bien vouloir m'aider s'il vous plait, je commence à détester ce launcher de mort, ma tristesse est que Waven est lié à ce launcher et qu'on est obligé de passer par lui.. SUPER.. Un jeu en alpha, lancé par un launcher en alpha, faut vraiment aimer les bugs pour avoir des idées aussi sordide..

Voilou, j'ai essayé de fouiller littéralement partout dans le forum, j'ai essayé quelques solutions qui se rapprochait plus ou moins de mon problèmes mais que néni, rien ne fonctionne..
Merci de bien vouloir m'aider s'il vous plait, je commence à détester ce launcher de mort, ma tristesse est que Waven est lié à ce launcher et qu'on est obligé de passer par lui.. SUPER.. Un jeu en alpha, lancé par un launcher en alpha, faut vraiment aimer les bugs pour avoir des idées aussi sordide..

Ton bug semble lié à une version corrompue de Waven, peux tu réessayer et nous dire si tu as toujours le problème ?
Toujours pas de résolution proposé... ? Superbe..
L'Alpha de waven étant actuellement fermée, je vous demanderai de retester après qu'une communication officielle sera faite sur le sujet.
J'ai exactement le même problème que Les-flutoxiens. Même en ayant desinstallé plusieurs fois, puis réinstallé le nouveau launcher toujours pareil. Donc si vous savez comment régler ce problème, je suis preneur
Juste après avoir provoqué le bug, ils sont disponibles dans Menu > Reporter un Bug > Copier mes Logs.
On dirait que tu essaye d'installer le jeu dans le répertoire E:/TEMP/ es tu sur que ce dossier existe ?

Salut, et oui je suis sur Windows 10
j'ai déjà eu ce problème cet été quand j'ai voulue essayer ce launcher quand il était en test si ça peut aider.
On dirait que tu as des problèmes de certificat (ce qui n'arrive que sur Linux et Mac en ce moment).
Même soucis et je suis sur Windows 10
Pour tout ceux qui ont des problèmes de certificats, nous avons ajouté une option dans le launcher "Désactiver la validation des certificats HTTPS" qui devrait résoudre votre souci.
