Dofus no abre/Dofus doesn't open

Como dice el título, el día de hoy estaba jugando normalmente hasta la tarde. Decidí eliminar uno de mis personajes, me pidió la respuesta secreta y la introduje, todo normal, se eliminó y en cuanto el personaje es eliminado el juego se cierra automáticamente. Decido volver a abrirlo y cuando presiono "Jugar", aparece el mensaje de "Lanzando", pero seguido no abre ni nada. Intenté utilizar el Updater, e incluso descargarlo mediante Steam, pero definitivamente el problema persiste y no me permite abrir el juego de ninguna manera. Esto solo ocurre con Dofus, pues puedo abrir con normalidad Dofus Retro y Wakfu. 

He probado distintas cosas; revisar que el juego no esté abierto en el administrador de tareas, reparar el juego utilizando la misma herramientas del launcher, e incluso reinstalándolo varias veces. Cabe recalcar que desactivé el Firewall e incluso el antivirus (Windows Defender) pensando que podría haber algo que esté evitando que el juego se abra, pero no fue así. 

He enviado un mensaje al soporte, pero no está demás publicar mi problema aquí para saber si alguien más ha tenido este inconveniente y si ha podido solucionarlo.

As the title says, today I was playing normally until the afternoon. I decided to delete one of my characters, he asked me for the secret answer and I introduced it, all normal, it was deleted and as soon as the character is deleted the game closes automatically. I decide to open it again and when I press "Play", the message "Launching" shows up, but then doesn't open or do anything. I tried to use the Updater, and even download it through Steam, but the problem persists and it doesn't allow me to open the game in any way. This only happens with Dofus, because I can open Dofus Retro and Wakfu normally.

I have tried different things; Check that the game is not open in the task manager, repair the game using the same launcher tools, and even reinstall it several times. It should be noted that I deactivated the Firewall and even the antivirus (Windows Defender) thinking that there could be something that is preventing the game from launching, but it was not.

I have sent a message to the support, but I wanted to publish my problem here too, so I could know if someone else has had this inconvenient and if it has been able to solve it.
